Position: Junior Software Developer
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Exciting opportunities available across various locations.

Educational Qualifications:

• B.E. / MCA / M.Sc. (Computer Science, IT, CT, Maths)
• B.Sc. (Computer Science, IT, CT, Maths)
• Minimum 50% marks (with or without arrears)
• Year of Passing: 2021, 2022, or 2023.

Experience:
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Pathway Details:

Option 1: Job-Focused Pathway

• Security Deposit: ₹2.0 Lakh with an option for installment payments.
• Contract Duration: 27 months with a refund of ₹1.0 Lakh upon completion.
• Training & Deployment: 6 months of training followed by project deployment.
• Salary & Incentives: Start with a salary of Rs. 10,000/month during training. Post-deployment, enjoy an additional incentive of Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 30,000 depending on the project.

Option 2: Training-Focused Pathway

• Fee: ₹1.0 Lakh at the time of joining.
• Training: In-depth SAP Technical training with no salary/stipend during this period.
• Post-Training Employment: Opportunity to join Inminds or any other company of your choice. Salary ranges from 10,000 to 30,000 upon deployment.
