We are in search of a skilled and experienced Senior React.js Developer to join our esteemed development team. This position is tailored for individuals with 2 to 3 years of solid experience in front-end development, particularly in React.js, who are eager to take on leadership responsibilities and contribute to the growth of our web development projects. As a Senior React.js Developer, you will play a crucial role in architecting and implementing robust web applications, integrating cutting-edge technologies such as Redux Toolkit (RTK) API and Tailwind CSS, and mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development team in crafting intuitive and user-friendly web interfaces using React.js, Redux Toolkit (RTK) API, and Tailwind CSS.
• Architect and implement front-end components and libraries, ensuring scalability, reusability, and maintainability.
• Integrate Redux Toolkit (RTK) API for efficient state management, guaranteeing seamless data flow and consistency across the application.
• Collaborate closely with design teams to translate UI/UX design concepts into high-quality, responsive code implementations.
• Optimize web applications for performance and responsiveness across various devices and platforms.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues, ensuring smooth application functionality and a seamless user experience.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback and mentoring junior developers to maintain coding standards and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating relevant advancements into our development processes.
• Contribute to the development of reusable code and components, fostering efficiency and consistency across projects.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in React.js and its core principles, with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6/ES7), HTML5, and CSS3, with a keen eye for detail in web development.
• Extensive experience with front-end development tools and build processes, such as webpack and Babel.
• Demonstrated experience in integrating and managing state using Redux Toolkit (RTK) API for complex web applications.
• Familiarity with modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS for rapid UI development.
• Solid understanding of version control systems like Git, ensuring efficient collaboration and code management.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a track record of effectively resolving technical issues.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant coursework or projects focused on web development.
