Seeking a Pro-Active person for role of Product Manager in Product Management Team. An Outbound Product Manager is a key role within Product management team, responsible for defining the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and executing initiatives to successfully launch and promote products to customers. This role bridges the gap between product development and sales/marketing teams, ensuring that the product meets market needs and is positioned effectively.
Market Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competition.
Identify target customer segments and create buyer personas to guide product positioning.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
Develop a comprehensive GTM strategy for new and existing products.
Define pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies that align with the products value proposition.
Product Launch:
Plan and execute product launches, including setting clear launch goals and timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to ensure successful product releases.
Sales Enablement:
Create sales collateral and training materials to equip the sales team with the knowledge and tools needed to sell the product effectively.
Develop a sales playbook that outlines key messaging and objection handling strategies.
Marketing Support:
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop marketing campaigns and materials (e.g., website content, press releases, social media content) that drive product awareness and demand.
Provide input on lead generation and demand generation strategies.
Customer Feedback:
Gather and analyze customer feedback and data to inform product improvements and updates.
Be the voice of the customer within the product team, advocating for customer-centric features and enhancements.
Performance Measurement:
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product launches and ongoing product performance.
Continuously assess and report on product metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Competitive Analysis:
