The Opportunity:

Avantor is looking for an Associate for Equipment Services Support team.

He/She will be a member of a multi-disciplined customer support team.

Should be a proactive team member, who communicates well with others and is dedicated to achieving team targets.

Must have a flexible approach and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-moving environment.

What were looking for

Education: Graduation in any field.

Experience: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred.

  • Work as part of the Customer Support team

  • Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
  • To carryout customer support functions that meets deadlines and responsibilities, demonstrating, politeness, proficiency, and skilled behavior.
  • Timely and professional response to incoming telephone calls
  • Resolve customer product and service queries/complaints
  • Pricing enquiries
  • Internet queries/registrations
  • Proof of delivery requests
  • Invoice queries
  • Administration of product returns
  • Provide information on product availability
  • Provide Certificates of Analysis
  • Any other customer support functions
  • Provide pre/post sales technical support via email/call/chat.
  • Help accomplish team goals and objective by being a good team player
