Job description

  • Sales Strategy & Target Achievement: Drive new business acquisition by setting and achieving challenging sales targets, actively participating in the company's goal-setting processes.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with key decision-makers in large companies within target industries, ensuring mutual strategic gains.
  • Market Insight & Analysis: Thoroughly understand the current business models and future plans of prospects, documenting insights in prescribed formats.
  • Technical Support & Education: Provide per-sales technical assistance and product education, ensuring clients comprehend the benefits and applications of our products.
  • After-Sales Support: Deliver exceptional after-sales services to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaboration with NPD Team: Work closely with the internal New Product Development team to align marketing efforts with product innovation.
  • Marketing Activities: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and enhance brand visibility.
  • Strategic Gains: Ensure that both clients and the organization achieve maximum strategic gains through effective sales strategies.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications required :

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 15-20 years of experience in sales and marketing within the plastic industry, focusing on industrial engineering parts, 2K molds, and specialty polymers.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving stretch sales targets and new business acquisition.
  • Strong network of contacts within large companies in target industries.
  • Ability to understand complex business models and document insights clearly
  • Proficiency in reading 2D drawings and visualizing 3D models.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a persuasive approach to client engagement.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15 days a month for client meetings and industry events
