An Android developer is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining mobile applications for the Android platform. They work with Java or Kotlin programming languages and Android Software Development Kit (SDK) to create innovative and user-friendly applications. Other key responsibilities include:1.Writing clean, maintainable and efficient code2.Designing and implementing app features3.Debugging and fixing bugs4.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end mobile solutions5.Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologiesStrong problem-solving and communication skills are also necessary.
