We are looking for a dynamic and personable Admission Counselor to join our Arts College team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both Tamil and English, previous experience in handling people and closing leads, and a strong ability to guide students and parents effectively. This role is pivotal in helping students make informed decisions about their courses and ensuring a smooth admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and their parents, providing detailed information about the college, its programs, and the admission process.
• Engage with potential applicants, address their concerns, and assist them in choosing the right course based on their aspirations and qualifications.
• Build rapport with parents to ensure trust and confidence in the college.
• Proactively follow up on leads and inquiries to meet admission targets.
• Manage the end-to-end admission process, including application reviews and enrollment formalities.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data.
• Work extended hours during peak admission seasons to ensure the completion of all tasks.
• Collaborate with the marketing and outreach teams to support admission campaigns and events.

Requirements:

• Gender: Male/Female
• Age: 30-45 years
• College education is mandatory.
• Previous experience in counseling, lead management, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Tamil and English (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
• Proven ability to manage relationships, close leads, and meet targets.
• Ability to work long hours during the admission season with dedication and focus.
• Problem-solving attitude with a passion for helping students make career-defining decisions.
