Job description

As Accounts specialist, Hired will support and maintain the daily operations of the Accounts Department. This role involves performing recording and reporting the cash flow related to company, filling tax reports, generating invoice etc., An accounting specialist ensures smooth Accounts related process and should supports various accounts functions within company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists in preparing, maintaining, monitoring daily account sheet which includes expenses and Income.
  • One must able to maintain and update the monthly profit and loss (PNL) of c company within 1 to 5 dates of every month.
  • Should prepare Bill collection after completion of complete payment and shipment and to apply advance application via bank for advance payment for material purchase.
  • Ensure to file GSTR1 for any Nill return file within 1-5 of every month and GSTR3B three months between 20 to 23 of respected month.
  • Assist in checking Bank Statement of every month with regard to daily account sheet within 1-5 dates of every month.
  • Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) in a timely and accurate manner and Ensure compliance with GST regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in tax laws and policies.
  • Prepare and file income tax returns for individuals and entities (ITR-1, ITR-3, etc.).
  • Maintain tax-related documents and ensure accurate record-keeping for audit purposes and Assist in tax planning and advise on possible deductions, exemptions, and tax-saving strategies.

Experience, Qualification and Skills:

  • Proven experience as Accounts Specialist with experience of more than 1 years with Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
  • Must have a knowledge in GST Filling and IT Filling.
  • Knowledge of accounting process and best practices.
  • Proficient in handling data entry, spreadsheets, google sheets and accounting software like Zoho Books is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.15 per year
