Job description

Financial Transactions:

Record and review financial transactions related to garment manufacturing, such as purchases, sales, expenses, payroll, and inventory movements.

Data Entry and Bookkeeping:

Enter financial data into accounting ZOHO software and Tally or Excel / Google sheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.

Invoicing and Accounts Receivable:

Generate and process invoices for garment sales, ensuring timely billing to customers. Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue payments, and reconcile customer accounts.

Accounts Payable:

Review and process vendor invoices for raw materials, supplies, and services. Ensure timely payment to suppliers and maintain good relationships with them.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and update inventory records, tracking raw materials, work-in-progress garments, and finished goods. Reconcile inventory on a regular basis to ensure accuracy.

Interact with other departments, such as production, procurement, and sales, to gather necessary information and ensure accurate financial recording. Collaborate with team members and provide financial insights or guidance as needed.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
